2. 技術(shù)方案 Technical Proposal

 

根據(jù)工藝要求，推薦使用漢鐘旗下著名真空品牌產(chǎn)品，PD300干式螺桿真空泵組，配置7.5KW風(fēng)冷變頻防爆馬達(dá)。采用漢鐘干式螺桿真空泵，有如下優(yōu)勢：

1、 底壓好，單泵可達(dá)1Pa；

2、 運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，噪音低；

3、 節(jié)能，實(shí)際功耗低于5KW；

4、 密封性能佳，密封形式選用高低壓端唇型密封+活塞環(huán)+氮封,密封可靠.

過流部分O-ring采用PTFE包覆VITON材質(zhì)；

5、 真空泵系統(tǒng)配置電控，允許顯示螺桿泵殼體溫度,水流量,

帶殼溫、電機(jī)溫度、過載、水流量過低保護(hù)等；

6、 系統(tǒng)配置總運(yùn)行時(shí)間，開機(jī)時(shí)間顯示,報(bào)警記錄；

7、 電控系統(tǒng)含PLC,HMI,預(yù)留DCS通訊；

8、 停機(jī)吹掃動作：自動打開電磁閥1持續(xù)通入氮?dú)?/span>15min（此時(shí)間可調(diào)節(jié)）電磁閥1關(guān)閉。關(guān)閉防爆電磁閥2與防爆電磁閥3，系統(tǒng)停機(jī)。

3.  Technical Specifications and Description 技術(shù)參數(shù)和配置詳述

3.1 Dry Screw Vacuum Pump螺桿真空泵組PD300

PD300為雙級壓縮，水冷式，無油干式螺桿真空泵，特殊的螺桿設(shè)計(jì)確保干泵低溫且高效運(yùn)行。

PD 300 is a double stage, water cooled, dry running screw vacuum pump. The special

designed screw gives high efficiency and low internal temperatures.  

它的主要特點(diǎn)如下：

Its major features are :

低溫，干式，無油無水的純凈系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行，可大大減少污染。

- Cool, Dry running, oil and water free pumping, to minimise pollution.

無接觸式壓縮，可確保無磨損運(yùn)行。

- Non-contact compression for wear free operation.

對液體有一定的兼容性，適合抽取冷凝性氣體，及一定量的固體顆粒雜質(zhì)。

- High tolerance to proper liquid carry-over, condensate and process solids.

允許就地使用氮?dú)?，合適的蒸汽，溶劑等沖洗泵體。

- Designed to allow cleaning in-situ, with N2, steam, solvent etc.

高低壓端唇封，結(jié)合迷宮式密封及氮封

- Lip-seal combined with labyrinth seals and N2 sealing

操作使用方便，幾乎免維護(hù)。

- Easy to operation, almost no maintenance.

 

3.2水冷系統(tǒng)Cooling System：

  水冷系統(tǒng)，通過外接冷卻水來冷卻泵體,最大限度的保護(hù)了真空泵，避免了溫度過高對泵產(chǎn)生的不良影響；

The water cooling system uses the fresh cooling water to cool the pump case, it mostly protect the pump damage from the higher temperature.

真空泵冷卻水流量：不少于5 L/min

  Cooling water for dry vacuum: No less than 5 L/min

  冷卻水進(jìn)水溫度：15~30℃

  Temperature of the cooling water supply: 15~30℃

  冷卻水供水壓力：2-4 bar，排水無背壓

  Pressure of the cooling water supply: 2-4 bar, water return no pressure

 

3.3 氮?dú)獯祾呦到y(tǒng)Nitrogen purge system

進(jìn)氣口氣體吹掃接口，可根據(jù)實(shí)際工藝情況選擇使用。干燥氮?dú)獯祾哂欣趲椭鷮⒖赡詺怏w徹底排出。也可用于低溫條件下幫助預(yù)熱真空泵。

One port for pump stop purge at the pump inlet, customer can choose use it or not. Nitrogen purge is helpful for removing the condensate, and it also can help to warm the pump under low temperature.

氮?dú)饷芊獗Ｗo(hù)可有效防止工藝氣體從泵腔密封處泄漏到油箱使?jié)櫥托阅芟陆翟斐蓪Ρ玫膿p壞。

Nitrogen-sealed protection purge can prevent the process gas leaking to the oil box then damage the pump by decreasing the capability of the oil.

3.4排氣消音器及排氣止回閥， Discharge silencer and Discharge check valve

排出管路配有不銹鋼消音器，降低噪音.排氣止回閥，防止氣體返流。

All the hanbell service engineers are special trained.
